The new STRING DESIGNER SERIES CAJON (CAJ3GAF) has a fresh and stylish appeal. Organic, fluid graphics take our cajons away from the "boxy-crate" look, and move them towards elegance. The resonating body is made out of ECO-friendly medium density fiberboard with applique graphics, while the frontplate is tulip wood. This cajon comes with an adjustable sizzle effect and with our integrated string mute system. it also features adjustable top corners, a padded sitting surface, and wide sound options.

DragonForce drummer Dave Mackintosh wanted a distinctive sound for his Signature Attack Timbales (MDT88BN). Here´s what we did: We made a pair of 8" diameter timbale shells with a depth of 9" and 11" respectively. This creates a distinctive and tightly matched interval "dialogue". The Dave Mackintosh´s Signature Attack Timbales are easily mounted on a rack, drum set, or any standard L-rod. Therefor is the strong mounting clamp really helpful. The Attack Timbale comes in a shiny black nickel finish.

The new Vented Jingle Pandeiro features our new True Feel synthetic head and comes with perforated brass jingles for a new look and new sound. This and the internal lug tuning system makes this frame drum especially light and comfortable. The True Feel synthetic heads prevent the drum´s pitch form being affected by humidity in outdoor venues.   The following sizes are available:

MEINL Kalimbas are great sounding melodic instruments in a handy size!  We put a pickup system from Shadow into one of our new kalimbas (KA9P-AB) to boost the output, so the melody can carry on. The internal pre-amps means not to worry about playing up close to the mike. An external volume knob lets easily adjust to any situation. This Kalimba is a great addition to any percussion kit.

The Marathon Designer Series Congas are made with a special laquering technique in high gloss, have professional features and are available at a very attractive price. The newest Marathon Designer Series Congas (MCC11AF, MCC1134AF, MCC1212AF) are coming in a stunning Amber Flame finish. They are equipped with True Skin buffalo heads, 8 mm strong tuning lugs, 2 mm rounded rims, and black powder coated hardware.

Each conga comes with our Steely II Conga Stand (patented), MEINL Conga saver (patented), accessory pouch, L-shaped tuning key and a tune up oil. 

Our new Glockenspiel is a compact, child-friendly instrument that is great for learning the musical fundamentals.  The Glockenspiel (NINO902) has a scale from c3 to f4. It also has a b-flat3 and an f-sharp3 key mounted on the side, as supplemental notes that complete the C major scale. The keys may be removed for simplicity and later replaced as the young player develops confidence. Mallets are included.

Taku Hirano wanted to add timbale accents and fills while playing on congas and multipercussion set-ups, without needing sticks and our new signature Hand-Bale (MHT13BK) now makes that possible! The retaining rim of the Hand-Bale is uniquely made with one half traditionally shaped, while the other half of the rim is recessed below the shell. This opens the timbale to bongo style hand techniques that easily produce an unmistakably crisp timbale sound. Stick techniques are possible on the traditionally rimmed portion of the drum.
